www.TheOnlyBest.com Increase Golf Swing Speed and Distance The average golf swing speed is 75-85 mph. To improve golf swing speed and increase distance there are important elements to consider. Time to increase your golf swing speed Guide 1 Track your current golf swing speed so you know where you stand. This can be done at a golf pro shop or by using a golf swing speed meter. Improving your impact speed through the golf ball starts with learning about your current golf swing. Guide 2 Experiment with using a shorter golf club off the tee. Most drivers used by amateurs are 45″ and over. Longer hitting professional golfers use drivers that are 45″ and under. Having greater control of the club head can increase golf swing speed. You’ll have less speed killing golf shots off of the toe and heel of the club head. Guide 3 Avoid swinging the golf club too hard for more distance off the tee. Bucking up and clenching your arms for that longer drive has an adverse effect on your golf swing speed. There is no way to maintain proper golf swing mechanics if you muscle up. Guide 4 Develop a golf strength training program to increase golf swing speed. Strength training for golf is different for every player’s age and ability. It is no secret that golfers need to develop strength for a rotational swing. Focus on core training and flexibility to use golf strength training to improve golf swing speed www.TheOnlyBest.com

The Medicus is not some gimmicky do nothing gizmo. This is the real deal. A professional teaching aid that’s like carrying around your own portable golf instructor everywhere you go. Bob Koch (former PGA Tour Pro, Inventor of Medicus): This is one of the most popular training aids in the market today. You know there’s one major flaw with it though. You can’t hit balls with it. Now with the Medicus, you can actually train your swing, get instant feedback and hit golf balls. I guarantee that the Medicus will improve your swing or your money back.

I’m a beginner golfer and really don’t want to take lessons at this time but would like some tips. I have been practicing golf swing with medicus and it seems to have really helped with my tempo and swing plane. I’m making good contact but now I face an odd problem. When I hit the call it usually goes to high and not have any distance. I’m hitting a 5i about 115 yards. It’s nice and straight but extermly high, the thing looks pretty but it’s a 5i, I should be hitting that far with a pw. The same thing happens with my woods, if I hit a 5 wood it may go 100 yards and extermly high. How do I lower my trajectory some and get little more distance. If I could find a way to add about 20 yards to each club I think I would be happy. Could wrist hinge be the problem? I tried different ball positions and tend to make better contact with the ball back in the stance. Oh and also same thing happens weather it’s off the tee or if I just hit off the ground.
Thanks for the advice in advance.
