We have to keep the shaft and hands and arms in front body. Well what is that? With the Stack and Tilt we’re talking about keeping our arms connected. You could feel something like that. You can’t feel out in space, if you’ve done it 5 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees. Keeping your arms and hands in on part of your torso, as you stack yourself and get centered? How easy, then you just go forward. And that’s pretty much done. And that’s the Stack and Tilt in a nutshell.
